丘山谷葡萄与葡萄酒融合发展示范区位于烟台市蓬莱区大辛店镇，总规划面积56平方公里，区内下辖16个行政村，3955户，9834人，人均年收入2万余元。落户精品酒庄7个，种植优质酿酒葡萄基地7000多亩，主栽马瑟兰、小芒森等不同品系40多个，年产葡萄酒2500千升。目前，20公里的环谷路和8公里的自行车环道全线贯通，绿茵之丘、秋林幽谷、丘山问道三大板块全面启动建设。
Qiushan Valley Grape and Wine Integration Development Demonstration Zone is located in Daxindian Town, Penglai District, Yantai City, with a total planning area of 56 square kilometers, governing 16 administrative villages, 3,955 households, 9834 people, and per capita annual income of more than 20,000 yuan. Seven boutique wineries have settled down here, which have more than 7,000 acres of high-quality wine grape bases, mainly planting 40+ different varieties such as Matheran and small Munsen, with an annual output of 2,500 kiloliters of wine. At present, the 20-kilometer roundabout of the valley and 8-kilometer bicycling circuit have been fully connected, and the construction of three major areas, green hills, autumn forests and valley roads have been fully started.
丘山谷游客综合服务中心项目总投资6.5亿元，由蓬莱阁文化旅游集团有限公司建设，英国格拉芙建筑师事务所领衔设计，整体建筑采用木质结构，依山而建，与周围环境融为一体。西侧是葡萄酒学院，总建筑面积约4000平方米，包含葡萄酒生产车间、多功能会议中心、品鉴交流室、酿酒师工作室等，可提供教学培训及葡萄酒全套生产服务。中间是葡萄酒文化展示中心，建筑面积约6000平方米，充分展示蓬莱葡萄酒风土文化、产业规划布局及发展历程，提区葡萄酒名品、文创产品、特色农产品的展示销售以及旅游公共配套服务。
The project, with a total investment of 650 million yuan, is constructed by Penglaige Culture and Tourism Group Co., LTD., and designed by Graf Architects. The buildings adopt a wooden structure, and are built by the mountain and integrated with the surrounding environment. On the west wing lies the Wine Institute, with a total construction area of about 4,000 square meters, including wine production workshops, multi-functional conference center, tasting room, winemaker studio, etc., which can provide teaching, training and a full range of wine production services. In the middle is the Wine Culture Exhibition Center, with a construction area of about 6,000 square meters, which fully displays the culture of Penglai wine culture, industrial planning and layout as well as development history. It also displays and sells famous wine products, cultural and creative products, special agricultural products, while providing tourism public supporting services.
东侧是葡萄酒主题酒店，建筑面积约8200平方米，包含客房16间，雅间7间，多功能厅1间，零点餐厅1间。其中，位于地下一层的1800平方米的恒温酒窖，可同时储存约1200个波尔多标准橡木桶，为整个丘山谷片区提供葡萄酒交易及仓储服务，也为葡萄酒爱好者提供了绝佳的交流互动平台。
On the east side is a wine-themed hotel, with a construction area of about 8,200 square meters, including 16 guest rooms, 7 private dining rooms, one multi-function hall and one restaurant. Among them, the 1,800-square-meter thermostatic wine cellar located on the ground floor can store about 1,200 Bordeaux standard oak barrels at the same time, providing wine trading and storage services for the entire valley, and also offer an excellent interaction platform for wine lovers.
